PERSONAL COACHING LEVEL 1 - $235 + HST per month (one-time $75 initial setup fee)
Benefit from coach created weekly training plans specific to you with adjustments as needed during the training period. Plans reflect your schedule, performance level, goals, experience, and time availability. In addition to unlimited communications, you will also receive race strategy plans and race nutrition plans.
PERSONAL COACHING LEVEL 2 - $125 + HST per month (one-time $75 initial setup fee)
Benefit from a coach advising you on a plan that you create. Advising you on the important sessions to be doing each week. Unlimited communication initiated by you the athlete.
INDIVIDUAL IN-PERSON COACHING SESSIONS - $100/hour + HST
In-person coaching swim sessions, bike rides and runs.

I am a coach. Coaching athletes since 2008, I’ve helped my athletes finish 30+ Ironman races, 40+ 70.3 races and countless shorter distances.
I am dedicated to supporting athletes, getting them started, helping them cross their first finish line, and achieve greater distances. My passion for sharing the gift of sport, plus my experiences and certifications all contribute to my balanced approach to coaching.
My coaching certifications include: NCCP Certified Triathlon Coach; Triathlon Ontario Certificate –Exercise Physiology for Triathlon; CanFit Pro Personal Trainer Specialist [in training].
I am a cycling and swim coach with the Toronto Triathlon Club and formerly the General Manager and an Instructor at WattsUp Cycling. I have the pleasure of coaching athletes online and also face-to-face.
