Personalized coaching is about you as an athlete and person.  My coaching program is specific to your goals, your experience, your performance level, your life situation and your communication style. 


Based in Toronto and serving clients all across Ontario, I create training plans specific to your unique needs.  Supporting my athletes to achieve their goals, maximize their potential and realizing the benefits from their journey is what motivates me.

COACHING SERVICES

Invest in your goals.

PERSONAL COACHING LEVEL 1 - $220 + HST per month.

Benefit from coach created weekly training plans specific to you with adjustments as needed during the training period.  Plans reflect your schedule, performance level, goals, experience, and time availability.  In addition to unlimited communications, you will also receive race strategy plans and race nutrition plans.

PERSONAL COACHING LEVEL 2 - $115 + HST per month.

Benefit from a coach advising you on a plan that you create. Advising you on the important sessions to be doing each week. Unlimited communication initiated by you the athlete.

INDIVIDUAL IN-PERSON COACHING SESSIONS - $100/hour + HST

In-person coaching swim sessions, bike rides and runs.

ABOUT ME

Dedicated to getting faster and going further.

I am a coach. Coaching athletes since 2008, I’ve helped my athletes finish 30+ Ironman races, 40+ 70.3 races and countless shorter distances. 

I am dedicated to supporting athletes, getting them started, helping them cross their first finish line, and achieve greater distances. My passion for sharing the gift of sport, plus my experiences and certifications all contribute to my balanced approach to coaching.

My coaching certifications include:  NCCP Certified Triathlon Coach; Triathlon Ontario Certificate –Exercise Physiology for Triathlon; CanFit Pro Personal Trainer Specialist [in training].


I am General Manager and an Instructor at WattsUp Cycling. I get to interact with cyclists from different athletic backgrounds with various training goals, learning what motivates them as they train indoors.

I am an athlete, competing in triathlons since 1999.  Some of my personal bests include:
